Our Lodges

Hazel, Rowan, Holly and Willow nestle on the banks of Bengairn Loch where an abundance of wildlife and a stunning landscape provide the backdrop to bespoke self-catering lodges which have every luxury you would expect. Where better to relax, unwind and build memories to last a lifetime?

Imagine waking up to newly born lambs and calves, swans and cygnets, geese and goslings, ducks and ducklings, otter, deer, foxes and red squirrels within touching distance of your patio! By night, our proximity to the Dark Sky Park will have you touching stars!

Local Area

And should you wish to venture away from the lodges, we are perfectly placed to find plenty to do. Within walking distance is the coastal village of Auchencairn with our amazing community owned shop and café and the Solway Firth boasting 200 miles of spectacular coastline. The bustling market town of Castle Douglas (Scotland’s Food Town), Dalbeattie and the Artists Town of Kirkcudbright are all within easy reach. Explore the Galloway Forest Park, home to the first Dark Sky Park in Europe. For wildlife and bird enthusiasts enjoy a trip to the RSPB Ken Dee Marshes and Mersehead, and explore the Red Kite Trail. Galloway Activity Centre, located on banks of Loch Ken offers a great choice of water sports and activities, and if the bike trails around the farm are too tame for you, we are close to some amazing mountain biking tracks including the world class 7 Stanes.

Enjoy your stay in this beautiful, unspoilt part of Scotland.
